The following requirements must be fulfilled for a partnership with LKW WALTER:

For road transport

In order to become a partner of the LKW WALTER fleet, your vehicles have to meet the following criteria:
For road transport

Requirements for a partnership:

  • Tractor unit with Euro 5 or later engine class
  • Standard trailer (L/W/H): min. 13.60 m / 2.45 m / 2.60 m
  • Mega trailer (L/W/H): min. 13.60 m / 2.45 m / 3.00 m
  • Min. 33 Euro pallet spaces and 25to load capacity
  • Telematics GPS positioning system (can be optionally obtained through LKW WALTER)
  • Personal protection equipment (PPE) for the drivers
We use jumbos, road trains and box trailers on selected routes.

For trailer trucking

In order to become a trucking partner for our cranable trailers or our swap bodies, your vehicles have to meet the following conditions

  • Tractor unit with Euro 5 or later engine class
  • Fulfilment of the legal requirements for national trailer trucking
  • Telematics GPS positioning system (can be optionally obtained through LKW WALTER)
  • Personal protection equipment (PPE) for the drivers

  • Professional behaviour towards customers
  • Availability of technically sound and clean vehicles
  • Use of well-trained and well-presented drivers
  • 40th anniversary of a LKW WALTER transport partner

As the basis for a joint cooperation, you must provide us with the following documents:

  • The fully completed Guidelines for Cooperation (You will be sent the Guidelines for Cooperation by email once registration is complete.)
  • Your EU licence - Operator's licence
  • A copy of your CMR insurance policy

Your registration process will proceed as follows

  1. Your details are forwarded to the appropriate person at LKW WALTER. Of course, we treat your data as strictly confidential.
  2. We will contact you shortly afterwards by phone in your native language.
  3. You will then receive the Guidelines for Cooperation (GZA) by e-mail and an activation link, which will allow you to set your personal password for LOADS TODAY.
  4. You must return the completed Guidelines for Cooperation and the required documents.
  5. Our Transport Partner Management team will promptly review your documents. After a positive review, your cooperation with LKW WALTER can begin!
